Thanksgiving in Miami, Fried Turkey Style

Let's try something different this year, fried turkey.
It's supposed to be great, and fast, and it was both!

Here's the preparations...

First the turkey has to be lowered in boiling oil, very carefully...



After boiling for a while (I forget how long, maybe 20 minutes) it is done! And Delicious!!!!

Time to sit down
